Way to go. The last time I was on a treadmill was after my last heart attack. I remember thinking as they made it go faster and faster and more up hill in orientation, that they were going to give me another heart attack.

To the regular gym jock a treadmill is a pretty ordinary thing. To others it can be frightening.
