Next year, Britain will release new coins commemorating Shakespeare and Beatrix Potter. We've seen plenty of postage stamps honoring our literary heritage in this country, but no currency yet. Proving once again that artisanal toast really is a thing, Josephine's Toast is now featured at the Smallman Galley. It's even been featured at About.com's column about "the best, must-eat foods." To be fair, the restaurant has much more than toast on its menu. This Twitter post gives the idea.
