Proving once again that artisanal toast really is a thing, Josephine's Toast is now featured at the Smallman Galley. It's even been featured at About.com's column about "the best, must-eat foods." To be fair, the restaurant has much more than toast on its menu. This Twitter post gives the idea.

Got another trip to Pittsburgh set up at the end of the month. It's always fun, but I've got to stop finding quirky things to do there. (And I just might have to see this along the way.)
